It gives
me immense pleasure to CONGRATULATE you on your well deserved graduation of which
your Ring Hop Ceremony is part and parcel of your big day. I know how hard you
have worked to get your degree and just because of your efforts and your
excellence you have finally achieved it. I would imagine that this moment is
one of those mixed emotions, “times when you thrilled to see yourself and
classmates graduating from college, while the reality is also sinking in that
this will begin a new chapter in your life as you pursue the path of employment
or in business arena”.
Your
schooling maybe over, but remember your education still continues. Education
would be much more effective if its purpose was to ensure that by the time you
leave the portals of your Alma Mater , you should know how much you do not
know, and be imbued with a life long desire to know it.
To
all the parents whose sacrifices and efforts are unquantifiable you have made
the best investment. As Benjamin Franklin says,” An Investment in Knowledge
always Pays the Best Interest”.
I
hope your dreams take you to the corners of your smiles, to the highest of your
hopes, to the windows of your opportunities and to the most special places your
heart has ever known.
