CONGRATULATIONS BATCH MARCH 2014!
You are about to reap the fruits of your
labor. Those years in college not counting on your elementary and high school
is enough for you to be ready in facing the reality of life, the world were
competition is toughed, the world where the application of all the theories and
learning which you were confined in the four corners of your classroom will be
vindicated. However, be mindful that the road to success might be roughed and
rocky, there will be challenges and opponents along the way, but my advice to
all of you is to stay focused, because what comes easy won’t last and what will
last, won’t easily come. No matter how high you would become, just keep your
feet on the ground and never forget those people who were there for you when no
one else was.
My dear graduates, life teaches us many
lessons, like an empty pocket teaches us a million things while full pockets
spoils us in a million ways. Learn to manage when you have nothing and behave
when you have everything. Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything
that no longer serves you, grows you or makes you happy. If you aren’t treated
with love and respect then check your price tag. Maybe you’ve marked yourself
down. Remember, it’s you who tells people what your worth is. Get off from the
clearance rack and get behind the glass where they keep the valuables. Wherever
you may be, bear in mind that it’s not the wealth or fame that will gain
respect, but it’s the dignity, integrity and purity of one’s heart.
So be ready to embark the reality, fly
high and see you on top. God Speed!
